MyAdvocate Medicare Advantage will be a be a new Medicare Advantage plan option for eligible beneficiaries beginning Jan. 1, 2026, in the following counties in Nebraska: Buffalo, Butler, Cass, Fillmore, Gage, Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Merrick, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Polk, Saline, Saunders, Seward and York.

Detailed information about the plan and its benefits to those qualifying for both Medicare and Medicaid will be available beginning Oct. 1, 2025. Members may enroll beginning Oct. 15, 2025.
